Early check-in may be possible — Jonathan will let you know. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed; cleaning crew needs at least 4 hours.

Required by Fort Lauderdale law. Do not touch or tamper with any equipment. No cameras inside the home or pool area.

Driveway only — up to 4 vehicles. No street or grass parking. Neighbors will call the police.

Technician has backyard access only. No need to answer the door.

Pool alarms on 3 doors: Kitchen, Bathroom, and Master Bedroom. Keep alarms ON if children are present.

Put bins out Sunday & Wednesday evenings. Return after pickup.

📍 FLL is 10 minutes away. Uber/Lyft typically $15–$25. Pickup on lower level. Rental car shuttle from baggage claim.

Jonathan's House has been thoroughly inspected by two house caretakers. Please know that I require photos and videos after every cleaning to ensure a comfortable and confident cleanliness for every guest at Jonathan's House. All pictures and videos are available upon request, and we provide them to Airbnb & VRBO after every cleaning and before every guest arrival to ensure your satisfaction.
